Cancellation Policy

GENERAL TERMS • All Holiday Passes are valid for 3 months from purchase. • During the holiday sale, you may book your start date up to 60 days out. After the sale ends, booking returns to the normal 30-day window. • Once you begin using your pass, you must follow the 4-week scheduling rule for any packages with multiple sessions. • Your next/follow-up appointment MUST be booked within 4 weeks of your last visit. • Missing your appointment and passing the 4-week window will result in the session being forfeited. • You are allowed 1 reschedule total during the pass period. • Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared. • Passes cannot be combined with sales, discounts, or loyalty rewards. • All regular salon policies apply. • One late fee waiver is included per pass; additional late arrivals follow the regular policy. • No-call/no-show or late cancellation results in a forfeited session + $30 no-call/no-show fee. • If your package includes designs, any design upgrades (beyond what’s included) will be charged. • Packages cannot be mixed or swapped — each pass includes specific services and session counts. Please review descriptions carefully before purchasing. SERVICE DETAILS • Soak-offs, design upgrades, shape changes, length upgrades, and additional enhancements not listed will be charged separately. • Enhancements included in a pass apply to big toes only, unless otherwise stated. • French tips are included where noted; heavy art, bling, 3D, charms, and advanced designs are additional. • Freestyle sets include short–long lengths; extreme lengths require an upgrade fee. • For pedicure packages, full-toe acrylic or polygel enhancements are not included unless specified.
